To deepen its presence in this fast-moving ecosystem, Xsolla has appointed Doğan Zenginer as Business Development Manager in Türkiye, expanding the company's EMEA organization and reinforcing its long-term commitment to the region. From Strategy Consulting to the Gaming Frontline Zenginer brings a distinctive blend of financial and gaming industry experience to the role. He began his career in strategy consulting and mergers & acquisitions before moving into games through WePlay Ventures, where he evaluated gaming studios, managed investment processes, and provided strategic guidance to portfolio companies, with a particular focus on business development and product initiatives. That background positions him well to help Turkish studios think beyond short-term revenue and build more resilient, scalable growth models for their future success.. The conversation in Türkiye is shifting, studios are increasingly looking to diversify their revenue models and build direct relationships with their players, moving away from dependence on traditional platform ecosystems.
