All of us at Xsolla are devastated by the conflict in Ukraine and our thoughts are in solidarity and support with those currently suffering. We believe in humanity, longevity and giving everyone a fair opportunity. What is taking place now in the world goes against everything we stand for and believe.
We made it our top priority to take the appropriate steps to ensure the safety and welfare of our employees in the region. We have provided assistance where we can, and we want to do more.
To lend our support to Ukrainian developers, we have temporarily removed our commission fees for all Ukraine-based video game developers. We will ensure the flow of transactions and funds continues to be processed without delay or interruption.
Additionally, Xsolla is using our recently launched customer support initiative, Babka, to harness the power of the gaming community to help raise funds to provide aid in the global crisis. To start this program, Xsolla donated $100,000 to the International Red Cross, who is helping provide relief to the civilian population of Ukraine.
