Junior developer can set up projects and products. Cannot view general financial data.

Accounting can view all financial information manage finance reports.

Support agent can access support tickets, search, view, cancel transactions, and export reports.

Junior support agent can access support tickets, search, and view transactions. Cannot cancel transactions or export reports.

You can invite a member of your company to your Publisher Account in the following section: Company settings → Users.

Xsolla is the beneficiary receiving the fees, and issues receipts for purchases and pays the respective taxes.

Xsolla does its business on the basis of a licensing model. This means that Xsolla gets all the required rights for the game from its developer under licensing agreements. Further, Xsolla acts on its own behalf as a Merchant of Record, selling the game to the end user according to the End-User Licensing Agreement (EULA).

You will receive royalty payments based on the number of sales. It’s calculated in accordance with the fee schedule of your agreement.

The structure of Xsolla’s revenue share for your partnership depends on the business model that you choose. But no matter which model you choose, you’re never responsible for overhead or integration costs.

In general, you’ll receive your revenue share from the distribution of your game(s) on a monthly basis.

Currently, Xsolla supports payouts in many currencies, including (but not limited to) USD, EUR, RUB, GBP.
You can find the payout date on the main dashboard in Publisher Account. If the amount of your payout is bigger or equals the minimum amount required for a payout according to your agreement, the payout date is determined by the date of the last payout amount in that currency.

If the amount of your payout is smaller than the minimum amount required for a payout according to your agreement, you’ll see a dash ( - ).

You can sign the licensing agreement in the section AGREEMENTS and TAXES → Agreements in your Xsolla Publisher Account.

Why do we enter into licensing agreements? Xsolla is neither a payment system nor payment aggregator and, thus, agent and payment agreements do not apply to us. We charge payment for sublicensing games to users and pay royalty to our partners.

Signing the licensing agreement will allow you to receive real payments via any payment methods supported by Xsolla.

To sign the licensing agreement:

• Open your Xsolla Publisher Account.
• In the side menu, go to Agreements and taxes > Agreements section.
• On the Software Licensing Agreement tab, click Fill out application form.
• Provide your information in the corresponding fields.
• Read the terms of agreement and accept the Licensing Agreement.

Your application will be reviewed within 3 business days. If there are any questions during the verification process, Xsolla will notify the contact person indicated in the application. After the checking procedure is completed on Xsolla’s side, the status of your agreement will change to Signed.
