After successfully crowdfunding development for Phoenix Point, the Snapshot Games team needed some additional support to keep their momentum going.

By offering Founders Packs, they could build a loyal community around Phoenix Point pre-launch and keep their fund healthy — but they needed a custom website to drive sales and help with key elements of the physical goods logistics chain. They also wanted their own launcher, to manage content delivery costs through binary patch updates for their closed alpha. Plus, more in-depth analytics and a customer support team to help them to segment and service their growing fan base would be ideal add-ons to keep things on track.

Bulgaria-based Snapshot Games — PC pioneers with a tactical adventure legacy.

Founded in 2013, Snapshot Games is the brainchild of David Kaye and Julian Gollop. Gollop, who is widely regarded as the creator of the X-COM series, founded Snapshot as a way to develop new chapters of his earlier successes through crowdsourced funding. Snapshot’s first title — Choas Reborn — was their 30-person team’s first successful venture, and Phoenix Point is tracking for an official release in late 2018.
