Sales Development Representative 



Responsible for outbound prospecting and lead development.


  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Present and deliver information to potential clients to generate interest in Xsolla
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
  • Creating and maintaining database (CRM) of prospective client information
  • Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
  • Identifies additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities.
  • Works closely with Business Development and Marketing
  • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service/interpersonal skills.
  • General gaming industry knowledge.
  • Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • An attitude geared towards generating results and achieving goals.
